This annual report focuses on the historic neighbourhood, Highlands, which was settled in 1911. The illustrations throughout feature actual houses in the neighbourhood and are drawn in a loose way that accentuates the character of the antique structures. Bold serif type and a combination of traditional colours: gold and olive green, highlight the beautiful character that exists in the community.
